I could not imagine any better service than I have received. My request for quote was acted on, my order received and acknowledged and payment received all on a Sunday afternoon. Shipment was free and the materials arrived extremely well packed. Product was excellent quality and order completed as requested. I would highly recommend Vancouver On Canvas for framing materials. Horrible! Frames are unusable. Width of back of frame is barely a quarter inch, way too narrow to screw into to attach my canvasses.
