My online dealing with you is good However , I am not impressed with your courier CanPar. I would suggest you find someone new . Their tracking system told me I was suppose to get the parcel by end of the day yesterday and I have received nothing . I went online to find out where it is and all they say is that maybe today or tomorrow and yet their system says it is being held in Nanaimo?rnI looked them up online and they seem to have consistent BAD reviews rnI am now wondering where the parcel really is ? I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes. I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame. Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified. Not good service. What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.
